Plant Native Plants - 2022 - Digital Designs / Print - NFS

Artist's Statement

Biodiversity is dependent on native plant wildlife. Planting native plants not only preserves biodiversity, but they also conserve water and soil, reduce air pollution, and provide shelter and food for wildlife. Native plants are very low-maintenance; they don’t require fertilizers or pesticides, and they create a healthy, wildlife-friendly environment. Plant Native Plants the Backyard Handbook to a Native Garden, is designed to educate how to choose native plants over nonnative plants along with easy steps and tricks for starting your native garden. This handbook can help preserve biodiversity by aiding backyard owners in their own native backyard journey, creating functional ecosystems that provide oxygen, clean air and water for wildlife.
