Dr. Halfpap is an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program. He received both his Doctor of Physical Therapy (2011) and Doctor of Science in Orthopedic and Manual Physical Therapy (2018) degrees from the U.S. Army-Baylor University Graduate Program.  He is an ABPTS board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopedic and Manual Physical Therapists. His research interests include orthopedics, direct access, manual therapies, and clinical reasoning.  Dr. Halfpap served over 21 years in the U.S. Navy, holding various clinical and leadership positions.  He recently retired in 2022 after serving his final assignment as the head of rehabilitation services at Naval Medical Center San Diego and Assistant Professor and Clinical Instructor for the Army-Baylor Doctor of Physical Therapy Program.
