Ribbon Cutting

February 27, 2015 was a special day for the Department of Recreation and Wellness as BGSU faculty, staff, students, and alumni as well as community members gathered to celebrate the completion of the Student Recreation Center renovation with a ribbon cutting ceremony. Dr. Steve Kampf, assistant vice president for Student Affairs emceed the event. Jill Carr, vice president for Student Affairs; Fran Voll, Board of Trustees chair; Dr. Mary Ellen Mazey, University president; Mike Wilcox, Board of Trustees former chair and member of the original Student Recreation Center Planning Committee; and Kelsey Hammersmith, Recreation and Wellness Student Employee Board president spoke during the event.
