Weekend Recovery Workshop
Learn how to utilize different recovery techniques and leave feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on the week ahead!.
- Sundays: 12:15 – 1 PM | SRC Studio B | Sept. 22, 29, Oct.13, 27, Nov. 3, 10, 17, Dec. 1
- Facilitated by a certified Personal Trainer
- Different forms of stretching, stretch straps, yoga blocks, foam rolling
- FREE for BGSU Students, Faculty/Staff, and SRC Members

Introduction to Strength Workshop
Learn about fundamental strength movements and how to use various strength equipment at the Student Recreation Center.
- Wednesdays and Fridays: 8:30 - 9:30 AM | SRC Weight Room
- Sept. 25, 27, Oct. 2, 4, 9, 11, Oct. 16, 18, 23, 25, 30, Nov. 1 (This is a 6-week, 12-session workshop)
- Facilitated by a certified personal trainer
- Exercise in a small group setting, enrollment is limited to 8 participants
- FREE for BGSU Students, Faculty/Staff, and SRC Members
