Isolation can take a toll on the chronic over thinker. Times like these certainly call for distractions to nullify repetitive, consuming thoughts. Sometimes the best solution is to simply indulge in what brings us joy and remind ourselves of our own value. 

The collage-style painting alludes to the resiliency of the human spirit in how we acknowledge the darkness that exists, and yet, we can somehow keep on and piece together a sense of beauty.
