Accreditation

The School of Media and Communication's Journalism and Public Relations program is accredited by the Accrediting Council on Education in Journalism and Mass Communications (ACEMJC). Fewer than 30 percent of the nation’s approximately 420 undergraduate journalism and mass communication programs have achieved this status.
