Large and Small Ensemble Concerts

Large and Small Ensemble concerts held in Bryan Hall and Kobacker Hall will be recorded (audio and video) and livestreamed to the CMA's YouTube Channel at no charge, unless prohibited by copyright, rental contract, artist rider, or other reason. Large and Small Ensemble concerts held in venues other than Bryan and Kobacker will be recorded audio-only (no video, no livestreaming).

Two weeks after the performance, a link to the concert recordings will be emailed to the ensemble director(s). It is the ensemble director’s responsibility to share this link with ensemble members, if desired. Recording Services will automatically send the digital masters of the performance to the Music Library.

Ensemble directors that require sound reinforcement for an ensemble they coach (microphones, instrument amplification, use of the venue's sound system, etc.) must contact the Manager of Recording Services (mlaurel@bgsu.edu) at least two weeks before the performance.
