Guest Artist Recitals

Public, evening Guest Artist Recitals in Bryan Hall will be recorded (audio and video) only if this was requested and approved in advance on the recital's Event Request Form. Daytime masterclasses and informal guest performances will not be recorded, nor will Guest Artist Recitals in venues other than Bryan Hall.

Livestreaming of Guest Artist Recitals is not available at this time.

Two weeks after the recital, the sponsoring faculty member will receive a link to the audio and video files. It is the responsibility of the sponsoring faculty member to share this link with the Guest Artist.

If a Guest Artist requires sound reinforcement (microphones, use of the venue’s PA system, etc.) or additional technical support, please contact the Manager of Recording Services (mlaurel@bgsu.edu) at least two weeks before the recital date . Due to event volume, tech rehearsals are generally not possible to accommodate.
