Business Seniors Hear Last Lecture; Outstanding Senior Announced Jul 16, 2014 1:55 PM Graduating seniors gathered for their Time Capsule Ceremony and Graduation Luncheon with one last opportunity to enjoy conversations with their classmates. The seniors heard their “Last Lecture” from the professor they selected, Kirk Kern, instructor in the marketing department and director of the Dallas-Hamilton Center for Entrepreneurship. Kern’s lecture was titled “Wisdom from a Wise Guy” and took the students through a brief history of his early days in the radio business and ended with his current role in the College of Business. He gave the graduating seniors his advice for success based on his experiences.

BGSU Has Multiple Winners of National Supply Chain Scholarship Jul 15, 2014 9:20 AM Two BGSU supply chain management students are receiving the prestigious R. Gene Richter Scholarship award out of ten national scholarships presented. The Institute for Supply Management will honor BGSU students Katie Post and Alex Shock at the ISM Annual International Supply Management Conference in Las Vegas in May. For BGSU, this is the first time it has had multiple winners of this scholarship which is the largest national scholarship program in the field of supply management.
