Journalism Internship Form
The Internship Coordinator (Dr. Terry Rentner) must approve internships BEFORE the student begins work. After this form has been reviewed and approved, registration will be done through the School of Media and Communication at Dr. Rentner’s request. (Students cannot register themselves for JOUR 4000). For the safety of students, the University, and employers, BGSU requires that all students doing internship work be registered for University credit.
Internship Policy: Procedures and requirements for receiving journalism internship credit (JOUR 4000). Your adviser may have other requirements as well. Note that all paperwork for the internship must be completed and submitted BEFORE you begin working. Work done before the completion and submission of the internship application (see below) may not be counted for an internship. If you are a journalism minor and do not have a journalism adviser, contact Terry Rentner.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. Answer all the required fields.
