Modified nucleotides everywhere

Modified nucleotides now appear in the list of pairwise interactions (basepairs, stacking, base-phosphate, base-backbone, and others), on individual loop pages, and in the RNA 3D Motif Atlas.  They can also be searched for with WebFR3D.

A complete list of the modified nucleotides recognized by the FR3D software is available on the NAKB page on non-standard nucleotides.  On that page you can search for a specific modified nucleotide by its chemical component ID, or search by the location of the modification and by the most similar standard nucleotide.
