mmCIF files being annotated on our site and NDB

PDB stopped releasing large 3D structures in PDB format in December 2014.  Since then, we have upgraded our pipeline to read mmCIF files, add coordinates that are produced by applying various symmetry operators, and now display annotations of the loops and pairwise interactions in the structures.  See, for example, the basepairs in structure 3O7V at this link for an example with symmetry operators and 4V88 at this link for an example of a structure with two full eukaryotic ribosomes, which is much larger than could be contained in one PDB file.
