Oversees and manages day-to-day operations and will be responsible for communications and coordination of partners' responsibilities, planning, coordinating, and overseeing all project activities, overseeing recruitment of participants, working closely with the internal evaluator and research coordinator to ensure evaluation activities and reporting are completed optimally, keeping all activities on schedule and ensuring timely completion of all goals, outcomes, and benchmarks.

Provides leadership for curriculum design as related to the iEvolve with STEM grant for the Sandusky City and Perkins Local Schools. The goal of the curriculum design team is to use citizen science research projects such as Monarch Watch, Frog Watch, Community Gardens, etc. as integrative contexts for student learning. Michelle will lead the curriculum team consisting of teacher leaders representing each district and content experts from BGSU in designing interdisciplinary curricular frameworks aligned with state and national standards and supporting research-based best practices.

Assists in the management of day-to-day operations, routine communications, activity and event logistics, assisting with planning and coordination of activities, distribution of recruiting materials and scheduling and organization of recruiting events, with the assistance of the secretary receiving and screening inquiries and initial communications, printing, duplication, and collation of materials for PD activities and events, maintaining performance records of participants, and assisting facilitators and research leaders with needs for PD and research. Manages purchasing, tracks and reconciles project expenses.
