Audition Information

Applicants should fill out the online application form and upload an audio recording by September 22 at 11:59 p.m. Singers must record themselves singing their preferred voice part for this audio excerpt:

  o   “Wide Open Spaces” by Sarah Quartel

•  Measures 66-91 (on pages 4-5)
  

  o   Please record the excerpt using the provided guiding audio track and upload as a single audio file.

Festival Highlights

· 8:30 AM Registration

The day will include rehearsals, sectionals, and workshops with the BGSU College of Musical Arts Choral and Voice Faculty. There will also be an opportunity for festival participants to attend rehearsals of Volaré and Men’s Chorus. This year, students may apply to become a “vocal scholar” and earn a sample voice lesson with one of the voice faculty members!

· 7:00 PM Concert with the BGSU Collegiate Chorale

· Registration includes lunch and dinner at the BGSU Oaks Dining Hall.
