Choirs Welcoming New Singers for Spring Semester!
The BGSU Choirs are happy to welcome new singers for Spring 2025! If you enjoy singing, we would love to have you as part of the BGSU choral community! Choirs accepting new members for spring semester are listed below. If you have interest in joining for the spring semester, just email the conductor(s) of the group(s) that fit your schedule and interest!
A CAPPELLA CHOIR (MUSP 4770E), MWF 1:30-2:20 PM, 1 credit hour

The A Cappella Choir is a select, mixed ensemble of approximately 50-60 singers, consisting primarily of students with high school choral experience.
UNIVERSITY CHORAL SOCIETY (MUSP 4760E), Tues. 7:30-9:30 PM, 1 credit hour

The UCS is a large chorus consisting of students, faculty, staff, and community members. Each year the UCS presents one concert each semester and performs a major choral/orchestral work with the BGSU Philharmonia or the Toledo Symphony Orchestra.
VOLARÉ (MUSP 4790E), MWF at 12:30 – 1:20 PM, 1 credit hour

Volaré (formerly University Women’s Chorus) is a large ensemble consisting of soprano and alto singers with a variety of majors and experiences.
UNIVERSITY MEN’S CHORUS, MWF at 12:30 – 1:20 (MUSP 4800E), 1 credit hour

The University Men’s Chorus is a large ensemble consisting of tenor and bass singers with a variety of majors and experiences.
