Auditions for SATB Choral Ensembles

Choral ensembles are open to all BGSU students by audition. Fall semester auditions are held during the first week of classes. More details can be found on the Choral Activities Website.

Auditions for the spring semester will be held by appointment during the last week of the fall semester. To schedule an audition, email Dr. Schnipke (rschnip@bgsu.edu).

What to Expect

Those wishing to audition for the Collegiate Chorale, University Choral Society, or A Cappella Choir should bring an aria or art song to the audition. An accompanist will be provided.  Students will should also expect a vocal range check and an assessment of musicianship skills.
