Explore college majors at BGSU Firelands in one of our flexible associate degree programs: Associate of Arts, Associate of Arts online, Associate of Science, or Associate of Technical Study.

These interdisciplinary degree programs are ideal for students interested in completing general education requirements, or who need more time to explore their options.  Your academic advisor will assist you in selecting the best associate degree program for your interests, and help you pick courses that support your exploration.  Best of all, when you attend BGSU Firelands, you save thousands of dollars on tuition and fee costs. 

At any time, you can choose to pursue one of our many career-focused degrees that can be completed entirely at BGSU Firelands.  Or you can continue your journey from BGSU Firelands to the Bowling Green campus, a nationally ranked public university recognized by The Economist as #1 in Ohio for boosting graduates’ earnings. 

Still exploring?  The Bachelor of Liberal Studies (BLS) is a degree program for students who have interests that span beyond a single academic department.  Because it creates unique and flexible pathways for degree completion, the BLS is also ideal for students with significant transfer credit from other schools.
