Below are the step by step instructions on how to review a candidate going through an RPT process.

Department Committee

1. While on the “Case Materials” tab

       a. Click “Read Case”

       b. Review the materials in the document reader.  You can click specific attachments in the left hand navigation.

       c. Once you are done reviewing, close the document reader

Committee Chairs Only

2. Click the “Case Details” tab

3. Under “required Items”, click “Add”

4. Upload the signed memo to the Department Chair

5. Still on the Case Details Tab: Under “forms” click “Fill out Form”

6. Fill out the form for/against, your name, and the date you are submitting.

7. Click “Submit Form”

8. Click the “Case materials” tab

9. Click the checkbox next to your memo and form (under “Department/School Committee Recommendation”)

10. Click “Share” in the blue header

       a. Click with candidate

11. Subject- Department/School Committee Recommendation

12. Message- Your department/school committee has shared their recommendation with you.  Please login to F180, and click into your packet to view the recommendation.”

13. In the upper right hand corner click “send Case” and “Forward to Department/School Committee”

14. Select “send email”

15. Fill out your subject line, and send

16. You’re done, it has moved on to the next step in the process.

2. Click the “Case Details” tab

3. Under “required Items”, click “Add” in the right hand corner

4. Upload the signed memo to the Dean, add it to the Chair/Director Recommendation section.

5. Still on the Case Details Tab: Under “forms” click “Fill out Form”

6. Fill out the form for/against, your name, and the date you are submitting.

7. Click “Submit Form”

8. Click the “Case materials” tab

9. Click the checkbox next to your memo and form (under “Chair/Director Recommendation”)

10. Click “Share” in the blue header

       a. Click with candidate

11. Subject- Chair/Director Recommendation

12. Message- Your Chair/Director has shared their recommendation with you.  Please login to F180, and click into your packet to view the recommendation.”

13. On the right hand click “enable”

       a. In reason type “rebuttal”

       b. Select the due date, 3 business days after your submission

       c. Send it to “Candidate Rebuttals” section

       d. Click send

14. In the upper right hand corner click “send Case” and “Forward to College PTRC”

15. Select “send email”

16. Fill out your subject line, and send

17. You’re done, it has moved on to the next step in the process.

5. Still on the Case Details Tab: Under “forms” click “Fill out Form”

6. Fill out the form for/against, your name, and the date you are submitting.

7. Click “Submit Form”

8. Click the “Case materials” tab

9. Click the checkbox next to your memo and form (under “Dean Recommendation”)

10. Click “Share” in the blue header

       a. Click with candidate

11. Subject- Dean Recommendation

12. Message- Your Dean has shared their recommendation with you.  Please login to F180, and click into your packet to view the recommendation.”

13. On the right hand click “enable”

       a. In reason type “rebuttal”

       b. Select the due date, 3 business days after your submission

15. Select “send email”
