Stacey Rychener, Ph.D., has been the lead evaluator on Federal, State, and local projects that encompassed health and wellness, school safety and security, mental health, alcohol, tobacco, and other drug use, after-school programming and early childhood programs. She has also evaluated more than 75 grants and contracts in her 19 years with CAES as well as help schools and human service agencies write grants.

Kandy Current, has administered numerous local, State and Federal grants with her background  in accounting and computer programming. In the past 18 years, she has coordinated grants within education, health and wellness, and mental health and human services.
