Student Activities & Organizations

Students can get involved with numerous co-curricular activities and organizations. Organizations that are most relevant to communication majors include Falcon Forensics Speech & Debate Program, honor society of the National Communication Association (NCA). Pi Kappa Delta, National Communication and Forensics Honorary Society and the BGSU chapters of Association for Women in Communications (AWC) and the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA).

There are several student media organizations offered, including BG24 News, WBGU-FM,  WFAL FALCON RADIO, Zoom, and the Obsidian, all which create a mutually advantageous relationship between students and professional media and communication practitioners.

Participate in these organizations as early as your freshman year.
