Required Information for Proposals

Information about You, Collaborators, and your WRIT course:

• Name and pronouns
• BGSU email
• A short personal biography that answers who you (and collaborators) are, what the project is about, what the project means to you.
  
• WRIT course (WRIT 1010, 1110, or 1120)
• WRIT instructor’s full name

Proposed Title and Abstract

• The Title should help the Writing Showcase audience understand what your topic is. It can be straightforward or creative. The Abstract should include a description of your topic, the significance (potential motivations for your audience to read/listen/view your submission), and any main points or conclusions. Example.

Proposed Project Type

• Presentation, Tutorial, Arts-based project and also what type of presentation, tutorial, or arts-based project.
