Bailey Poland Gives Distinguished Alumni Talk at University of Findlay

On Friday, April 5, second-year PhD student Bailey Poland gave an invited talk at The University of Findlay as a Distinguished Alumni Speaker. The annual Symposium for Scholarship and Creativity includes graduate and undergraduate awards, alumni talks, and paper and poster presentations from students.

Poland's talk focused on staying open to new possibilities, as she reflected on her career path to date and addressed the audience of undergraduate and graduate students and family members, faculty, and staff from the College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences.
