Professional Biography/Profile

Michelle Brodke is a Professor of Business Management and a Program Coordinator for the Bachelor of Technical and Applied Studies. She has a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She has been an integral part of BGSU Firelands since 2008. She imparts her knowledge through various BAT and TAS courses, focusing on data-driven decision-making. Driven by the belief that work is essential to well-being, she is dedicated to exploring ways to make work serve both individuals and the organizations they work for. In her courses, students engage in projects that not only enhance their skills but also contribute valuable experience to their resumes.
