    • Submit graduate application fee.
  • Click here for Non-Degree (Ohio K-12 Reading Endorsement, 4 graduate + 1 undergraduate).
    
    • Submit graduate application fee.
• Send one official transcript from all institutions attended to the Graduate College (Transcript Request Forms).
