Upon graduating with her Ed.S, Ms. Lockwood-Lass became a corporate instructional designer, writer and producer. As her career progressed, she started her own business as an independent project manager and communications specialist, producing award-winning videos and communications materials for her corporate clients, including General Mills, Adrian Steel and Dana Spicer Transmission.
In 2001, Ms. Lockwood-Lass discovered digital imaging and returned to her photography and multimedia roots. Her artwork continues to explore the relationships between objects that are part of our lives and our memories, using digital tools to help visually communicate their stories. Her digital images have been exhibited regionally, nationally and internationally.
After 20 years, Ms. Lockwood-Lass returned to higher education, teaching photography, digital imaging and professional practices for artists as an adjunct instructor, while continuing her business on a freelance basis. She enjoys sharing her knowledge with students, as well as continually learning from them and her colleagues.
