Research Interests: Behavioral maintenance of exercise using self-determination theory, Implicit associations of motivation for exercise behavior, eating disorders and food addiction, physiological and psychological effects of refined carbohydrate intake, the relationship between nutrition and exercise (are people more willing to exercise if they have adequate nutrition).
