Registration and Records Publication and System Development Dates
The listed dates are when the curriculum proposal must be fully approved (e.g., through all of the workflow).
The Undergraduate and Graduate Academic Catalog will be published on June 1 of every year. New courses and course modifications can be added to the course catalog spring, summer, and fall semester, changes will not appear in the Academic Catalog until June 1.
Registration and Records will work with the Provost’s Office and the Graduate College if it is essential for a program change to be implemented before the Academic Calendar is published.

*NEW COURSES and COURSE modifications can be added to the COURSE catalog but will not appear in the ACADEMIC catalog until June 1st, for the upcoming academic year.
