BGSU undergraduate and graduate students will share their study-abroad, international, and cultural-immersion experiences during our annual Embracing Global Engagement Conference.

Undergraduate and graduate students from all disciplines may submit proposals to give a poster presentation on any topic related to diversity, including culture, ethnicity, race, gender, sexuality, age, disability and socio-economic status. Faculty also are invited to present diversity-related work!

All undergraduate students who have conducted a research, scholarly or creative project with a faculty mentor in any discipline are invited to present their findings at the symposium.

External Undergraduate Symposia
Northwest Ohio Undergraduate Symposium for Research and Scholarship
All undergraduate and graduate students who have conducted a research, scholarly or creative project with a faculty mentor in any discipline are invited to present their findings at the symposium. National Conference on Undergraduate Research
Submission deadline for Abstracts for the 2018 National Conference on Undergraduate Research is December 5th, 2017, and opens on October 3rd 2017. If you wish to participate in this rewarding and challenging opportunity make sure you get your submission in on time and we will see you there!
Council on Undergraduate Research
The Council on Undergraduate Research (CUR) and its affiliated colleges, universities, and individuals share a focus on providing undergraduate research opportunities for faculty and students at all institutions serving undergraduate students. CUR believes that faculty members enhance their teaching and contribution to society by remaining active in research and by involving undergraduates in research, and students succeed in their studies and professional advancement through participation in undergraduate research.
Ohio Academy of Science
The 2018 Annual Meeting will be the 127th meeting of The Ohio Academy of Science. 2018's meeting will take place on Saturday, April 14th at Bowling Green State University. Each year, the Academy brings together Ohio’s scientists, engineers, educators, graduate, undergraduate and pre-college students to discuss recent developments in science and technology. The meeting is a science gathering with scientific sessions, renowned speakers, and valuable networking opportunities
