Financial Aid and Scholarships
The Student Financial Aid Office has additional resources and links to other outside scholarship sources, including multiple scholarship search engines. Grants, loans, scholarships and employment are available options for students.
Scholarships
BGSU works hard to provide students with a variety of financial resources and payment options to meet their educational costs. The Office of Student Financial Aid provides a BGSU searchable scholarship guide to assist prospective and current students in exploring all available scholarship opportunities at BGSU.
Search Tip: Conduct separate searches of the guide using keywords, one at a time, to find the largest number of scholarships available to you. Examples of good keywords to try individually are "transfer," "nontraditional," "non-traditional," "adult learners" and "part time."
Additional Scholarships
In addition to the opportunities listed above, the Student Financial Aid Office is currently providing a financial incentive for eligible transfer students. No additional application is required to be considered for this scholarship. Non-Ohio residents may also qualify for the BG Success Scholarship which provides one-half off the nonresident fee.
