'A More Beautiful Question' author to visit BGSU
Journalist and innovation expert Warren Berger, author of “A More Beautiful Question: The Power of Inquiry to Spark Breakthrough Ideas,” will visit the University Oct. 26 for a talk and book signing. The event is free and open to the public.
Berger will discuss his groundbreaking book that encourages everyone to ask “beautiful” questions. His talk will begin at 7:30 p.m. in the Lenhart Grand Ballroom of the Bowen-Thompson Student Union. Following the presentation, Berger will take questions from the audience and sign books.
An expert on design thinking and innovation, Berger has studied hundreds of the world’s leading innovators, designers, education leaders, creative thinkers and red-hot start-ups to analyze how they ask game-changing questions, solve problems and create new possibilities. He believes that questioning leads to innovation, can help you be more successful in your career and can spark change in our businesses and lives.
Berger’s previous book was the international bestseller “Glimmer: How Design Can Transform Business and Your Life” (Penguin Press; 2009), published in several editions worldwide. Business Week named “Glimmer” one of the “Best Innovation and Design Books of the Year.”
“A More Beautiful Question” is this year’s Common Read at BGSU.
