Graduate Pianists to Present at the 2025 MTNA Collegiate Symposium

Niayesh Javaheri and Hannah Zaborski’s proposal, Exploring Extended Piano Techniques: A Pedagogical Approach through Emma Lou Diemer’s Space Suite, has been selected for presentation at the 2025 MTNA Collegiate Symposium, which will take place in January at the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma.

Niayesh is a first year DMA student in contemporary music and Hannah is a first year MM student in piano performance. Both of them study with Dr. Solungga Liu.
