Faculty Member Aidan Plank is Featured in The Cleveland Musuem of Art's Third Thursday Concert Series

On August 15, 2024 jazz faculty member Aidan Plank was featured in The Cleveland Museum of Art's "Third Thursdays at the Transformer Station" concert and interview series. The concert series is co-produced by Cleveland's Ideastream Public Media. The concert featured bassist Aidan Plank and his ensemble Pulse, which featured saxophonist Brad Wagner and drummer Dustin May on this evening. The hour long concert was a mixture of a performance by Pulse as well as an interview between Plank and Ideastream's JazzNEO dj Dan Polletta. Plank was interviewed about his career as a bassist in the Cleveland jazz community along with conversation about his composing and the collaborative work of the members of Pulse. The concert was held at Cleveland's Transformer Station, a center for visual and performing arts run by The Cleveland Museum of Art.

The concert and interview will be broadcast on Ideastream's streaming jazz station JazzNeo on September 15, 2024 at 9 pm.
