Currently, Dr. Daniel Rowland is Assistant Professor of Low Brass at University of Wisconsin-Platteville and Acting Principal Tuba of the Dubuque Symphony Orchestra. Daniel grew up in New Windsor, IL and now resides in Dubuque, IA. Dr. Rowland received his DM in Tuba Performance from Florida State University. He earned his Bachelor of Music in Instrumental Music Education from Millikin University and his Master of Arts in Music from the University of Northern Iowa. Dr. Rowland has performed with numerous orchestras, including past appointments of principal tubist with the Coastal Symphony of Georgia, Savannah Philharmonic, Valdosta Symphony Orchestra, Sinfonia Gulf Coast (Destin, FL), and Albany (GA) Symphony Orchestra. In addition to his principal appointments, Dr. Rowland has performed with the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra, Orchestra Iowa, Rockford Symphony Orchestra, La Crosse Symphony Orchestra, Tallahassee Symphony Orchestra, and Northwest Florida Symphony. Dr. Rowland also has experience in a variety of chamber ensembles, varying widely in formation and style, including the unique faculty group Ensemble Nouveau, which toured China in January of 2020. He has played and performed with many brass quintets throughout his career, as well as several other ensembles, including the Florida State Chamber Winds. Dr. Rowland has also performed in several tuba/euphonium quartets and tuba/euphonium ensembles, most notably New Acoustic Metal Experiment (NAME), an innovative quartet that utilizes technology to present "rock and roll" style concerts at conferences, schools, and more. Dr. Rowland is a B&S/Buffet Group Artist.

Andrew Sallee is a low brass performer and educator based in Central Florida, where he currently serves as an Adjunct Instructor of Music at Florida Southern College and plays Solo Euphonium with the Brass Band of Central Florida. He earned his Bachelor’s in Euphonium Performance at the University of South Florida (’18) and his Master’s in Euphonium Performance at the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music (’20), where he is currently finishing his Doctor of Music degree. His primary instructors include Demondrae Thurman, Carl Lenthe, Joseph Alvarez, Jay Hunsberger, and Brian Brink.

He has performed in a wide variety of musical settings including wind bands, big bands, polka bands, and is a founding member of The Sequence Quartet. He has performed as a guest artist at events including the 2023 International Tuba/Euphonium Conference, the 2023 International Euphonium Tuba Festival, the 2022 Midwest and Southeast Regional Tuba/Euphonium Conferences, and at many university music schools in the United States. Andrew was a selected as a semi-finalist for the 2023 Leonard Falcone International Euphonium/Tuba Competition in the euphonium artist division and as a finalist in the brass division of the 2021 Indiana University Concerto Competition. As an educator, his students have been accepted into regional honor bands and have received top marks in Solo and Ensemble events at the local and state levels.
