What These Brand Guidelines Will Do
These brand guidelines are built with special attention towards two specific groups.
- Our BGSU Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Content Management System (CMS) Users
- Third-party vendors or other partners who need to faithfully re-create the BGSU digital brand
For those reasons, there will be a lot of specific attention on how to re-create certain designs and functionality exclusively within the BGSU AEM CMS. We want to empower our users to utilize the same branding visuals and user-interface (UI) elements that we have crafted, to tell their stories - while delivering a consistent, predictable, and recognizable experience to all users.
What These Brand Guidelines Won't Do
The key to any successful storytelling, or marketing effort, is driven by content. All the pretty colors and visuals in the world won't make any difference if you're not providing the users what they are looking for, when they are looking for it, and where they are looking for it.
For the most successful implementations, please be sure to submit a Marketing Strategy/Project Request to help carefully craft your strategy and message with a Content Strategist to be implemented by our creative teams.
