Returning to BGSU for the first time since the late '90s! The Northwest Hockey Regional Tournament will be played at Tam O Shanter on February 10, 12, and 14 before coming to the Slater Family Ice Arena on the Campus of BGSU on February 15 for the Quarter-finals and the remainder of the tournament.

This past weekend, Bowling Green, Ohio, was alive with excitement as the OHSAA Ice Hockey Regional Tournament made its much-anticipated return to the Slater Family Ice Arena after more than 25 years. The tournament, a staple of high school hockey in Ohio, hadn’t been held in Bowling Green for decades, making this event feel even more special. Looking ahead, the tournament continues with the regional semifinals, scheduled for Friday, February 21, 2025, at the Slater Family Ice Arena. The first game of the night will feature St. Francis de Sales facing off against Clay at 6:00 p.m., followed by Northview taking on Bowling Green at 8:00 p.m. These matchups will set the stage for the regional championship game, which will be held on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at noon, also at the Slater Family Ice Arena.
As the teams push forward in their quest for a spot in the state finals, fans can expect more intense and thrilling hockey action, with all eyes on the remaining teams as they battle it out for the championship.
