Approved Retirement Providers

Bowling Green State University has selected TIAA as the Administration Coordinator to assist with ongoing administration of plans, through their Retirement@Work service. This means that they will facilitate certain enrollment actions and provide compliance coordination with all approved providers.  They will also serve as the default provider for any participants who to not make a provider election. 

For assistance with the Retirement@Work website, please review the Quick Start Guide or contact TIAA Customer Service at 1-844-567-9090 between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. (ET) Monday-Friday and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (ET) on Saturdays. 

Ohio Deferred Compensation (ODC) enrollments and payroll contribution elections are not made through this administrative service, and must be made directly with ODC.

When making your provider selection for any plan, the fee structure is an important consideration. For the 457b fee information when using Ohio Deferred Compensation, please contact them directly.
