Submit Honors Project to ScholarWorks

Once all Honors project faculty and the Honors advisor agree the project is completed, please upload the final project to ScholarWorks. If you have questions about the submission process, please reach out to your Honors advisor or faculty advisors. Below are the directions to guide you through the submission of your Honors Project.

1. Click on the button below to submit to ScholarWorks.
2. Click on “Submit Research” from the left side menu
3. Follow the prompts requested on the form. Your login is your BG login and password.
4. You will be asked to submit your faculty advisors names and department. Please submit a PDF document of your written project.
5. The system will create a uniform Cover Page for your document.
6. Make sure you have an abstract or short project description to cut and paste into the submission form. It will also give the option of adding keywords for search purposes.
7. You will have the option to upload additional documents like additional surveys, your PowerPoint, videos, etc.

Due dates:

• 15-week sections: due the Monday of finals week
• 7-week-sessions and summer session: due the Monday of the last week of the session
• When completing both HNRS 4980 and 4990 in the same semester or when completing a capstone in the major that is counting in place of the project, the proposal is due the Friday of the first week of the term and the project is due on the Monday of finals week.
