Professor Neidecker taught in the areas of speech pathology and audiology, and supervised student teachers. She was the author of School Programs in Speech-Language: Organization and Management. Prof. Neidecker established this award in order to provide support to an undergraduate student in communication disorders with an aspiration to one day have a career in the schools. Award Eligibility and Selection Criteria: The recipient shall be an undergraduate student accepted into the Communication Disorders major at BGSU, who has an interest in the future of working in the school setting as a speech-language pathologist. Pre-majors are not eligible for this award.
