FUNDING EXCEPTION REQUEST

Form Directions

• Graduate Coordinators should fill out this form to request an exception to regular funding policies, i.e., to request permission for funding beyond the time limit for support, or to work as a GA when enrolled below full/half time.
• When you click the link below, be prepared to enter:
  • The student’s name/email
  • The Line College Dean/Designates name/email
• After entering these two recipients, click the Create button.
