Master of Food and Nutrition (Archived 2016-17 Graduate Catalog)
The Master of Food and Nutrition (MFN) degree, offered in the Department of Public and Allied Health, prepares students for professional positions in health care, business, industry, research, government, and various human service settings. The degree also serves as an excellent background for students interested in obtaining a doctoral degree. A description of the Master of Food and Nutrition program is found under the heading of Food and Nutirtion in the Graduate Programs Offered section of this catalog.
A graduate certificate in Food and Nutrition and a post-baccalaureate dietetic Internship with graduate classes are also offered through the Department of Public and Allied Health.
