Ramsdell elected president of graduate enrollment professional association
Bowling Green State University staff member Keith Ramsdell has been elected president of the 2018-2020 governing board of NAGAP, the Association for Graduate Enrollment Management. Ramsdell is BGSU’s director of graduate enrollment and assistant dean of the Graduate College.
One of his main goals as president is to position the organization to meet the ever-evolving professional development needs of graduate enrollment management professionals through affordable, high-quality events and services.
Ramsdell joins members from Wake Forest University School of Business, Illinois College of Optometry, Memorial University of Newfoundland and Harvard Graduate School of Education as the elected officers of the association’s executive committee.
Ramsdell served as vice president of the association and co-chair of the external relations and partnerships committee from 2016-18. He also chaired the professional development committee from 2012-16 and the bylaws revision committee from 2013-14. He has been a presenter at NAGAP national conferences on topics including data-informed decision making, selecting and implementing a customer relationship management system, and graduate enrollment best practices.
“NAGAP has been my professional lifeline since 2006,” Ramsdell said. “My involvement in the association has allowed me to develop as a leader, while building a professional network and bringing best practices in graduate enrollment management to BGSU.”
Ramsdell joined the BGSU Graduate College in 2014.
