Bruce Tucker is the owner and CEO of General Plumbing Supply Inc. Tucker moved the business into a 30,000 square foot warehouse in New Jersey in 1976. He opened a branch in Morris Plains, New Jersey in 1983 followed by the opening of a distribution center in 1986. General Plumbing Supply Inc. employs approximately 300 people in its 13 different New Jersey locations. Over the past thirty years, Tucker has opened 11 additional branches and showrooms throughout New Jersey. 

He is President of New Jersey Y Camps. In 2013, he won the Harry S. Feller Award for his outstanding, devoted and distinguished service to the Jewish community, locally, statewide and nationally. Tucker also serves as President of WIT Co. Ltd, which was formed to level the playing field for independent distributors. 

Tucker joined the company after graduating from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting in 1970.
