Housing & Dining Accommodations

Students who need to request a housing or dining accommodation must submit documentation of their disability for review by our staff. There is no deadline to apply for services, but students should be advised that the review process can take several weeks. 

Housing Accommodations

Accessibility Services and the Office of Student Housing work together to coordinate housing accommodations for students with disabilities and chronic health conditions. If you would like to request a housing accommodation, please fill out the Specialized Housing Accommodations Form and return it one of three ways:

Dining Accommodations

Accessibility Services and Dining Services work together to coordinate accommodations for students with food allergies and medically required diets. Please visit Dining Services to connect with our campus dietitian and self-identify with your food allergies.

If you would like to request a dining only accommodation for a disability, please fill out the Dining Request Form and return it one of three ways:
