Women of Distinction Awards

The Women of Distinction award recognizes outstanding role models and mentors who empower others and demonstrate commitment to the mission and core values at BGSU.

Award recipients may be undergraduate or graduate students, staff members, community/alumni or faculty members.

Finalists are chosen based on the following criteria:

• Dedication to role modeling, mentoring, and empowerment
• Commitment to the BGSU mission and core values
• Advocacy and reinforcement of policies that promote equity
• Contributions in their communities through their time, talent, and/or resource

Nominations for the annual award will open in November and close the following January.
