Forms and waivers
BGSU uses the CampDoc platform to collect the necessary waivers and forms for campers. You will receive an email invitation to log in to CampDoc by May 15. Add noreply@campdoc.com to your safe sender list to avoid accidental delivery to junk and spam folders.
If you have previously used CampDoc for other programs, you will not receive this email. Just log in to your account and search for the BGSU tab.
A handful of our camps have additional permissions before campers can participate. In many cases – especially for virtual campers – parents or guardians will be asked to opt in or out of a camp activity. We will not send your camp materials until this information is completed within CampDoc.
