Time Administrator
A Time and Labor Time Administrator performs a significant role in time reporting process. The Time Administrator is responsible to see that time is reported, reported time is accurate, and ultimately the Time Administrator submits time reporting to Payroll for processing.
The Time Administrator completes the steps listed below as a part of the Time and Labor time reporting process.
- Monitor Unprocessed Reported Time
The Time Administrator uses the Monitor Unprocessed Reported Time module to review the time submitted by Time Reporters, both Bi-Weekly and Monthly. It is used to determine if time has been entered and to review the approval status of time reported that has not yet been run to payable time. The Monitor Unprocessed Reported Time step may be completed by a Time and Labor Supervisor or the Time Administrator - it is recommended that the Time Administrator complete this process.

- Manage Exceptions
The Time Administrator uses the Manage Exceptions report when time is reported and either an aspect of time is incorrect or the time does not comply with the Time Reporter’s role. Manage Exceptions can only be completed by the Time Administrator.
