Diana Patton is a Social Justice Advocate, Speaker, Author, Attorney, and the founder of the Head Full of Dreams program, which inspires young women to believe in themselves and achieve their goals, realize their self-worth, while encouraging them to be who they want to be.

Diana also founded the Rise Advocates® Academy, which she created to help professional women overcome challenges and amplify their voice to better advocate for themselves and for diversity, equity and inclusion.

Diana is married with 2 children and is a graduate of the University of Toledo and its School of Law and a former outstanding Track and Field athlete for the Rockets. She started her career as an attorney, climbing the corporate ladder with Fortune 500 companies and working her way up as an advocate and Civil Rights Attorney at a fair housing organization.
