Parent/Guest Info-old

Registration opens on or around January 4, 2021, with a deadline of submissions tentatively set for Feb. 12^th.

THERE HAVE BEEN A NUMBER OF CHANGES TO THE
PARENT AND GUEST REGISTRATION.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND CONTACT
NWO at nwo@bgsu.edu if you have any questions.

1. Parents and guests need to make their own hotel reservations. We are staying at the The Fairfield Inn, 1544 E Wooster St, Bowling Green, OH 43402. (419-352-0033). Call the hotel directly and mention that you are with the OJSHS to receive the conference rate for the room. Rooms are limited. Early reservations are STRONGLY encouraged.
   
2. Parents and guests who wish to participate in the Symposium need to register online.
   
3. There is a $25 fee for parents and guests to participate in the Symposium.
   
4. Parents and guests who are simply going to come and watch their child present do not need to register or pay the registration fee.
   
   (Note: Parent/Guest cancellations must be made 2 weeks prior to the symposium. Refunds may not be available after this time.)
