Golden Falcons Fly Home to Celebrate 50+ Years as BGSU Alumni

41 alumni inducted during 2019 ceremony

Bowling Green State University recently held its fifth annual Golden Falcons reunion to recognize alumni who have been graduates for 50 years or more.

More than 40 alumni joined the 2019 class of Golden Falcons, traveling from as far as New Jersey and Florida to be part of the celebration. Many previous Golden Falcon inductees also returned to BGSU to attend this year's ceremony and help welcome the newest group.

The 2019 Golden Falcons – who hailed from the class of 1969 or earlier – spent two days on campus reminiscing about their days at BGSU, touring new facilities, attending presentations and later enjoyed a reception and dinner where they received their Golden Falcon medallions.
