A dunk-in for donuts, charity

BOWLING GREEN, O.—On Aug. 18 it will be time to make the donuts at Bowling Green State University. BGSU Dining is celebrating the opening of the new dining center The Oaks and its Dunkin’ Donuts franchise with a sit-in benefiting BGSU Dance Marathon.

The event runs from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. the following morning. For every person sitting-in during that time, BGSU Dining will donate half a dozen donuts to Dance Marathon for its spring fundraising event. Participants will also have the chance to win prizes, taste free samples and be one of the first to get a donut and coffee when Dunkin’ Donuts opens.

The sit-in will take place in The Oaks parking lot at the corner of Ridge Street and Thurstin Avenue and is open to the public.
